Minister of Defence congratulates the Day of Armoured Units



To all members of the armoured units I congratulate 31 October - Day of Service.

Continuing a tradition of more than seven decades, the tradition the insurgent platoon that fired for the first time with two tanks in 1941 for the liberation of Kraljevo, thanks to the expertise, responsibility, professionalism and competence of the members of your service, in the year between the two holidays, you have contributed to the promotion, development and affirmation of tank and mechanized units of the Serbian Armed Forces. You have managed to preserve a high level in performing the tasks assigned and the commanded level of operational capability, despite the conditions of slower technological development.

With the wish that in the coming period you professionally and responsibly perform the tasks and thus give your full contribution to the operational and functional capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces, I congratulate you on your holiday.
