Leadership course for the development of management skills
At the Centre of Military Medical Institutions, the "Leadership course - the development of leadership skills" for members of the Department for Military Healthcare is being held, organized by the Department for the development of psychological activities of the Sector for Human Resources of the Ministry of Defence.As noted lecturer and coach psychologist Mirjana Veljkovic from the Department for the development of psychological activities stressed, the goal of the course which will be attended by 20 participants over the course of five weeks is to strengthen the capacity of employees in management positions.
Through workshops, group exercises and discussion, during the course, which consists of five modules, participants will have the opportunity to be educated in the field of self-evaluation of personal style of leadership, team management, motivation and development of employees, stress and conflict management, and change management.
