Meeting with the Ambassador of Angola



Састанак са амбасадором АнголеDefence Minister Bratislav Gasic met today with the Ambassador of the Republic of Angola in Belgrade Jose Joao Manuel on improving bilateral military cooperation.

Minister Gasic said that the Ministry of Defence appreciates the active approach and the significant contribution by the Ministry of Defence of Angola to the development of defence cooperation, especially in the military economic and military-educational fields. He stressed that Angola is one of the strategic partners of Serbia in Africa and that Serbia highly values the principled support of the country when it comes to Kosovo and Metohija.

The meeting proposed that the Third session of the Joint Serbian-Angolan Joint Committee is held in Belgrade in November this year.
