International meeting of the NATO Training Group

The meeting of the NATO Training Group NTG within the Group for individual training and development of education within the framework of the Partnership for Peace will be held during the next four days in Belgrade.

On behalf of the host, the meeting was opened by Head of the Military Academy Major General Goran Zekovic, who presented the work of this military institution, as a system of higher military education in our country.

In the following days of the meeting, over 20 participants from NATO and partner countries and academic institutions will hold presentations about current and upcoming projects in their countries.

The aim of the NATO Training Group is to improve the professionalism, interoperability and standardization between NATO and partner forces through improved coordination of education, training, exercises and evaluation, with particular emphasis on support operations.
