Course for public finances in the defence system
The third Course for public finances in the defence system was held today at the Military Academy.The guests were addressed by Colonel Dr. Nedzad Imamovic who stressed the importance of continuous training of personnel of financial services in the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces and pointed out that the aim of the training was the revision and acquisition of new knowledge in the field of public finances due to the successful work within the competence of the financial function in
the defence system.The course program covers financial operations of budget users, budget execution, the system of financial services in the public sector in Serbia, the accounting system and financial reporting, financial control and audit of salaries and benefits in the public sector.
The course was organized by the Department for Budget and Finances of the Ministry of Defence and the Military Academy.
