The Ministry of Defence does not have any debts
The Ministry of Defence at this moment has no debts with expired term of payment to suppliers and has been regularly meeting its financial obligations.
The Military Construction Institution "Beograd" of the Ministry of Defence did not update on time the data in the electronic application "RINO", which is why the Ministry of Finance posted on its website information that the Ministry of Defence had not settled its liabilities in the amount of RSD 145,056,527.34.
Because of this omission, legal action will be taken against the responsible persons in the Ministry of Defence.
Once again we note that the Ministry of Defence has no debts with expired term of payment to suppliers and that has been regularly meeting its obligations.
