Army continues to assist the villages of Sjenica municipality



Regardless of the changed weather conditions, the situation in the villages of the Sjenica Municipality remains difficult when it comes to the provision of drinking water. Therefore, on request of the Sjenica Municipality, the Serbian Armed Forces, based on the decision of the Minister of Defence, sent another water tank of 7000 litres to help residents of Pester villages who were left without drinking water. The water tank from the 21st Infantry Battalion of the Second Army Brigade from Raska is engaged in the villages of Karajukic’s wells, Crvsko and Giljeva.

The army has been helping with the water supply of Sjenica villages for thirty days.
