Concert held on the occasion of the Day of the Second Army Brigade



The Art Ensemble of the Ministry of Defence Stanislav Binicki held a concert tonight at the Saint Sava’s Square in front of the Kraljevo Military Club on the occasion of the Day of the Second Army Brigade – 12 July.

The concert was attended by Deputy Commander of the Second Army Brigade Colonel Zeljko Kuzmanovic with members of the collegium, members of the Second Army Brigade and many citizens of Kraljevo.

The ensemble performed traditional military marches, classical songs and evergreen hits, and the performance ended with the composition March on the Drina.

The Day of the Second Brigade is marked in memory of the day in 1805 when Karadjordje and rebels won the battle over the Ottomans in the liberation of Karanovac – today known as Kraljevo.
