Briefing for non-governmental sector representatives on IPAP



Брифинг за представнике невладиног сектора ради што успешније примене ИПАП-аAmbassador Branimir Filipovic, Acting Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for security Policy and Brigadier General Slobodan Joksimovic, Head of the Strategic Planning Department of the Defence Policy Sector of the Ministry of Defence held today a briefing for representatives of the non-governmental sector for the improvement of the present cooperation and presentation of previous activities of state institutions in the process of implementation of the adopted Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) between the Republic of Serbia and NATO.

They also discussed previous activities in the establishment of cooperation of Serbia and NATO through the PfP Program, and particularly through the upcoming activities in the implementation of six priority fields of cooperation between Serbia and NATO through IPAP.

General Joksimovic presented the basic elements of cooperation of MoD and SAF with NATO in the context of IPAP implementation.

Ambassador Filipovic stated that successful IPAP application required coordination between resource ministries and institutions, and cooperation with other national partners, such as the civilian sector, and with NATO, member states and partners.
