Exhibition "Belgrade forever" opened
Today, in the Small Gallery of the Central Military Club, an art exhibition of the Art Group of the Military Academy was opened, titled “Belgrade forever”. In 36 exhibited works, the visitors could see the capital from an artistic perspective, tracking the changes during the long and tempestuous pas of one of the oldest European cities.
According to painter Ljiljana Nenadovic, the Art Group of the Military Academy is one of the leading ones, not only in the country, but in the region as well, which has been proven by first place awards in individual and group competition won at the last artistic gathering of Belgrade.
- At the thematic exhibition dedicated to our capital city, 56 works were applied, with 36 selected, and they are presented today in the Small Gallery of the Central Military Club. The selection of the paintings was conducted by our renowned art historian, former curator of Belgrade Gallery Zdravko Vucinic – Nedeljkovic said. She also presented her work to the Belgrade audience with two paintings: “St. Peter’s Church in Kalemegdan” and “St. Michael's Cathedral”.
The exhibition will be open until 3rd June, on workdays and Saturdays, from 11.00 to 19.00.
