Improvement of cooperation with the Republic of Turkey
The Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan for 2015 between the Ministries of Defence of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Turkey was signed by Head of the International Military Cooperation Battleship Captain Milan Konjikovac and defence attaché of the Republic of Turkey Colonel Gungor Gundogdu.
The interlocutors stated that the cooperation in the field of defence was good, with tendency for further qualitative and quantitative intensification. They agreed that the recently held bilateral defence consultations in Ankara had brought special quality to the relations and improvement of trust.Battleship Captain Konjikovac expressed his belief that the cooperation in the field of defence would achieve the desired level in the next period, to the mutual interest, through intensification in the domains of military-military cooperation, military education and military economy. He stressed that further qualitative improvement of cooperation in the field of defence would also benefit from the planned high-level meetings.
Colonel Gundogdu stressed that he realization of the activities from the Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan would significantly affect the improvement of the cooperation.
