Minister Gasic met with the Ambassador of Indonesia
Minister of Defence Bratislav Gasic and Ambassador of Indonesia Harry Richard James Kandou stated that the relations between the two countries are traditionally food and friendly and that cooperation in the field of defence should be further improved in the next period.The interlocutors concluded that cooperation in the fields of military economy, military education, and military medicine in particular needed to be developed to mutual benefit.
Minister Gasic thanked for the principled support of Indonesia for Serbia’s interests concerning the one-sided proclamation of the independence of Kosovo. He restated that Serbia was fully dedicated to peaceful resolution of all issues through dialogue with Pristina, with the goal of improving living conditions for all citizens in Kosovo and Metohija.
Ambassador of Indonesia was presented with the invitation for the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Air Force Agus Supriatna to participate in the upcoming International Exhibition of Arms and Military Equipment “Partner 2015”.
