Promotions on the occasion of Armed Forces Day
BY THE DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA – ON THE OCCASION OF 23RD APRIL SERBIAN ARMED FORCES DAY, THE FOLLOWING OFFICERS HAVE BEEN PROMOTED:
TO THE RANK OF LIEUTENANT GENERAL (EXTRAORDINARY):
Army Commander Major General SIMOVIC Vujadin MILOSAV was born on 3rd November, 1966 in Raska. He completed Military Grammar School in 1985, Military Academy - Army in 1988, he completed Command Staff Advanced Education in 1997, and the General Staff Advanced Education in 2003.He has been at the position of the Army Commander since 29th December 2014.
TO THE RANK OF LIEUTENANT GENERAL (EXTRAORDINARY):
Commander of the Training Command Major General PETROVIC Cvetko DJOKICA was born on 10th July 1962 in Vakuf. |He completed the Military Grammar School in 1981, Military Academy – Army in 1987, General Staff School in 1999, and General Staff Advanced Education in 2005.He has been at the position of the Commander of the Training Command since 16th January 2013.
TO THE RANK OF MAJOR GENERAL
Deputy Army Commander Brigadier General GLISOVIC Zivorad ZELIMIR was born in on 17th december 1965 in Novi Pazar. He completed Military Academy in 1988, General Staff School in 1998, and General Staff Advanced Education in 2005.He has been at the position of the Deputy Army Commander since 10th January 2015.
TO THE RANK OF BRIGADIER GENERAL
Chief of the department of Human Resources (J-1) of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces Infantry Colonel KONJIKOVAC Ostoja STOJAN was born on 5th February 1962 in Sid. He completed Quartermaster Secondary School in 1980, Military Academy – Army in 1984, General Staff School in 1996, and General Staff Advanced Education in 2002.He has been at the position of the Chief of the department of Human Resources (J-1) of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces since 8th January 2015.
TO THE RANK OF BRIGADIER GENERAL
1st Army Brigade Commander Infantry Colonel PETROVIC Dusan ZELJKO was born on 15th November 1967 in Zrenjanin. He completed General Military Secondary School in 1986, Military Academy – Army in 1990, General Staff School in 1999, and the National Defence School in 2007.He has been at the position of the 1st Army Brigade Commander since 9th January 2015.
TO THE RANK OF BRIGADIER GENERAL
Special Army brigade Commander Infantry Colonel VELICKOVIC Dragoslav ZORAN was born on 4th August 1963 in Vlasotince. He completed the Military Academy – army in 1986, General Staff School in 2002, and General Staff Advanced Education in 2007.He has been at the position of the Special Army brigade Commander since 22nd January 2014.
TO THE RANK OF BRIGADIER GENERAL
Commander of the 250th Missile Brigade Colonel MILENKOVIC Radivoje SAVA was born on 27th January 1964 in Prokuplje. He completed Military Grammar School in 1982, Military Academy – Army in 1986, General Staff School in 2000, and General Staff Advanced Education in 2010.He has been at the position of the Commander of the 250th Missile Brigade since 15th November 2015.
