Fifteenth session of the Council of Finances held



At the Budget and Finances Sector, the fifteenth session of the Council of Finances at the Ministry of Defence was held. It was chaired by Secretary of State Zoran Djordjevic.

The session focused on the proposal for accreditation of a PhD study programme, and it was decided that the procedure for devising a study programme for PhD studies Public Finances should be initiated.

It was concluded that the procedure of devising the project-monograph “Development of SAF financial service 1985-2015” should be initiated. An agreement was also reached on publishing an open announcement for enrollment to bachelor and master Public Finances studies.

The board’s proposal was also adopted for a Military Act feuilleton titled Military Economic Review, and a decision was reached on stimulation measures for the teacher and cadets of the Financial Service for their contribution in realization of the educational process.

Secretary of State Djordjevic implied the possibility of reorganization of the financial service that would allow for an efficient and effective planning and execution of approved means in the future period.
