Minister Gasic's statement about the reports on the helicopter crash
The findings of two commissions about the March 13 helicopter crash in which seven persons died will be released on the website of the Defence Ministry on Friday, Defence Minister Bratislav Gasic told Tanjug.As he explained, following the investigation conducted by the Prosecutor's Office and taking into account the importance of informing citizens about all the details that led to the helicopter crash, the Defence Ministry had sought and obtained consent from the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office to make both reports available to the public. “The Ministry has just initiated the procedure of declassification. The findings of both commissions will be published on the Defence Ministry website by the end of the day,” Gasic said.
He added that he was certain the Public Prosecutor's Office would determine all facts and responsibility in further investigation.
