Session of the Political Council for implementation of NAP held
The seventh session of the Government’s Political Council for the implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP) for the implementation of the UN Security Council Resolution 1325 – Women, peace and security n he Republic of Serbia was held today in the Government Building.During the session, proposals on the Code of Business Conduct and the Work Plan of the Political Council in 2015 were adopted. Furthermore, it was decided that three workgroups should be formed for improved implementation of NAP under the jurisdiction of the Political Council, with monthly sessions.
The highest institutionalized Government body for implementation of NAP also adopted the proposal of devising the report of the Political Council for 2104.
The chairman of the meeting was Secretary of State at the Ministry of Defence Zoran Djordjevic, and the meting was also attended by representatives of authorized ministries, managements, offices and agencies of the Government.
