Seminar on performance management
In organization of the Department for Strategic Planning of the Defence Policy Sector of the Ministry of Defence, on March 9-13, 2015, a seminar has been realized in the field of performance management, headed by Head of the Strategic Planning Department Brigadier General Slobodan Joksimovic.
The seminar was realized in cooperation with the Center for civilian-military relations of the Naval Postgraduate School from Monterey (USA) and it is a part of planned activities from the field of authority of the Mixed Serbia-USA Committee for matters of reform of the defence system of the Republic of Serbia.The purpose of the seminar was to exchange practices in the field of performance management with an emphasis on learning about new tools and techniques.
Lecturers from the Center for civilian-military relations of the Naval Postgraduate School from Monterey were Richard Carrow, Martin Hart and Gary Espinas.
The seminar was attended by representatives of organizational units of the Ministry of Defence and the General Staff of Serbia.
