Workshop on professionalization opened
In organization of the Staff Department of the Human Resources Sector of the Ministry of Defence, today, a three-day workshop on professionalization was opened in cooperation with the Center for civilian-military relations of the Navy Postgraduate School from Monterey.The three-member delegation from Monterey and participants of the workshop were addressed by Head of the Staff Department Brigadier General Dragoslav Lackovic who wished them luck in their work:
- I hope that we will achieve the arranged goal and honor the saying that only those who don’t start don’t succeed.
During the workshop, there will be lectures on topics about the experience and the opinion of the defence system on professionalization, planning and budgeting personal expenses, professionalization and career of military formation, necessary changes in politics, education, training and military culture for the establishment of a more professional organization in the likeness of that of the armed forces of western countries, and others.
