Certificates awarded to participants of the leadership course
In organization of the Ward for Psychological Activity Development of the Human Resources Sector, certificates were handed today to participants of the “Leadership Course – Development of management skills” that successfully completed their training from September to December 2014.The certificates were handed to 24 participants, managers from various organizational units of the Ministry of Defence. Head of the Ward Nada Markovic stressed the importance of this type of training for improvement of knowledge and skills of managers, pointing out that continuation of similar trainings is planned for the next period.
The lecturer and trainer at the course Mirjana Veljkovic thanked the participants for their active participation in the workshops, and for their useful feedback on the organization and contents of the course.
Participants of the Leadership Course in 2014 evaluated the training with high grades, content with the interactive approach and practical exercises which they assessed as useful for their future work.
