New Year
On the occasion of the New Year’s and Christmas holidays, the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defence organized at the Central Military Club the traditional reception for media representatives that had reported about the defence system during the year. The ceremony was attended by Minister of Defence Bratislav Gasic and Head of the General Staff of Serbia General Ljubisa Dikovic.Greeting the guests, Head of the Public Relations Department Colonel Petar Boskovic thanked them for their patience and understanding, and proper informing about the work of the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces of Serbia in the extremely difficult year marked by actions of the defence system on helping the citizens during the natural disasters and other hardships.
He stressed that, thanks to the proper approach of the media, the Armed Forces of Serbia is still an institution with highest level of trust among the citizens, and, wishing them to have an even more successful 2015 in all fields, he wished his colleagues happy New Year’s and Christmas holidays.
