Meeting of Minister Gasic with Charge d
Minister of Defence Bratislav Gasic and Hamad Alawadi, Charge d'affaires of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) discussed the bilateral cooperation between the two countries and development of cooperation in the field of defence.Minister Gasic thanked for the UAE donation for repairing the damage caused by the disastrous floods in our country. They concluded that bilateral relations between the two countries are very good. Serbia and UAE signed the Agreement on cooperation in the field of defence last year. In 2013 and 2014, numerous high-level visits had been organized and the military economic and military cooperation had been intensified, and in September this year, Serbian Business Council was opened in Abu Dhabi.
Charge d'affaires of the UAE Embassy handed the invitation letter for the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defence to the International Exhibition and Conference dedicated to latest military technologies – IDEX 2015, which will be held in February next year in Abu Dhabi.
