Third meeting of leaders from Central and Eastern Europe and China, "Belgrade Meeting", opened




Today, the 3rd summit of leaders from Central and Eastern Europe and China (“Belgrade Meeting”) was opened in Belgrade. Aside from the host, Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister of China Li Keqiang, the meeting is attended by 14 prime ministers of participating countries, and the Croatian First Deputy Prime Minister, heading the delegation of that country.

The summit and the following Economy Forum will host over 5,000 members of economy and state delegations and 16 CEE countries that will discuss current themes from the fields of agriculture, industry, tourism, internet technologies, transportation and infrastructure.

The summit is also attended by Minister of Defence Bratislav Gasic and Head of the General Staff of Serbia General Ljubisa Dikovic, and representatives of the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces of Serbia.
