If someone were to even think that military high school students have nothing to do on a gloomy, autumn, Saturday morning, they would be sorely mistaken. While the weather is too cold to even step outside, at the Boarding School in Humska Street, the atmosphere is very lively. Joyful and smiling, dear faces greet you while rushing to clean up their rooms or going to sports activities.
The first-graders are contributing to the Science Festival and are preparing a wall-panel in French with their teacher.
In order to be prepared for the upcoming holidays, the Christmas tree is already decorated in the hall, although, as they say, “it still needs

some work”.If you were to take a peek into the lounge room, you would be greeted again by a smiling group, relaxing to some good movie or music.
The graduates have all gone to the Sports Center and taken up all halls and equipment. Whether to prepare for the entry exam at the Military Academy or because they want to let their brain cells “breathe” before the hard work that awaits them in the next months, one thing is for sure – they are all there, working hard. Watching them, one cannot help but feel the nostalgic desire to go back to high school days…
