General Dikovic received attendants of the Course for Noncommissioned Officers
Attendants of the Course for noncommissioned officers, attending their education at the Center for Training and Advancement in Pancevo, visited the General Staff today in the course of study travelling, where they were received by Head of the General Staff of Serbia General Ljubisa Dikovic.
The meeting was also attended by Warrant Officer Milojko Milosavljevic and Warrant Officer Zoran Lastro.Speaking about the importance of the noncommissioned corps, General Dikovic stressed that those that had given better results than others had been chosen for that course, and have 300 classes during the course to improve their knowledge further. During the talks, Head of the General Staff stressed that it is very important that the people can advance in accordance with their capabilities, which is all the more stressed when it comes to the noncommissioned corps.
General Dikovic also discussed status issues, living and working conditions at training centers, education of noncommissioned officers and the importance of distributing noncommissioned officers accordingly to the service’s needs.
