To members of the Army, I congratulate November 16 – Day of the branch.

In the year when we are marking the centenary of the beginning of the Great War and the Battle of Kolubara, Army units have successfully conducted assigned tasks from all three missions of the Armed Forces of Serbia.

Moreover, you have achieved significant results in training and maintained the acquired level of operative capabilities.

I am proud to state that you provided selfless help for the citizens of the Republic of Serbia in the hardest times while rescuing lives and property during the natural disasters that had hit our country.

I am assured that you will continue working responsibly and dedicatedly and that you will still be the carrier of development of the Armed Forces of Serbia.

To all members of the Infantry units I congratulate on November 16 – Day of the branch.

With your professional execution of assigned tasks and participation in numerous international exercises you contribute to strengthening operative capabilities, at the same time fostering the tradition of heroes of the Battle of Kolubara.

I am assured that, with the necessary modernization and new equipment for your units and adoption of contemporary trends in training, you will be a factor to be relied on by the Army and the entire Armed Forces of Serbia.

I wish you to continue achieving success in your work and affirmation of your branch.

On the occasion of November 16 – Day of the Army Training Center, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all members of the unit.

In the year when we are marking the centenary of the beginning of the Great War and the Battle of Kolubara, you have achieved significant results in training and incapacitation according to highest standards for conducting duties in units of the Armed Forces of Serbia. With your devoted work, adoption of contemporary methods of training and participation in international courses and seminars, you have improved the quality of training and greatly contributed to further development of the Army.
