Highest senior staff in charge of the parade



Commander of the military parade “Belgrade 2014” General Ljubisa Dikovic, Head of the General Staff is assisted by a number of most responsible higher staff of the Armed Forces of Serbia and the Ministry of Defence. The choice of people who will be heading the organization of this grand event speaks for the state’s intention not to leave any details in the preparation of the parade unresolved.

The duty of the Deputy Commander has been trusted with Major General Vojin C. Jondic, Head of the Operational Business Department J-3, while Major General Mladjen Nisevic, Deputy Commander of the Training Command will be in charge of preparation and arrangement of the place of realization of the parade. Major General Milosav Simovic, Deputy Army Commander is the Assistant Commander for the infantry echelon, while Brigadier General Zelimir Glisovic, Commander of the Third Army Brigade will be in charge of the motorized Army echelon.

The air echelon will be commanded by Brigadier General Predrag Bandic, Commander of the 204th Air Force Brigade, and the motorized echelon of the Air Force and the Air Defence by Brigadier General Dusko Zarkovic, Commander of the 250th Air Defence Missile Brigade. Brigadier General Zeljko Ninkovic, Head of the Logistics Department (J-4) is in charge of the logistics of the parade, and Brigadier General Predrag Simovic, Head of the Department for Telecommunication and Informatics J-6 is in charge of the telecommunication-informatics security.

General Dikovic will also be assisted by the Acting Directors of the Military Intelligence and Military Security Agencies Brigadier Generals Slavoljub Dabic and Petar Cvetkovic.

Colonel Petar Boskovic, Head of the Public Relations Department at the Ministry of Defence is in charge of the public relations and organization of media coverage of this grand event, while Colonel Goran Petrovic, Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Defence is in charge of the protocol.
