Serbian delegation laid wreaths at Zeitenlik
On behalf of the Serbian Government, Aleksandar Vulin, Serbian Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Policy and Defence Minister Bratislav gasic laid wreaths in the course of commemorative ceremony on the occasion of marking the anniversary of the breakthrough of Thessalonica Front, at the Memorial Bone House at the Serbian Cemetery on Zeitenlik in Thessaloniki. After paying respects to the fallen victims, Minister Gasic handed over the uniform of a Serbian officer from the Great War to the keeper of the Serbian military cemetery Djordje Mihajlovic.
MoD and SAF Delegation also laid wreaths at the memorials of the French, British, Italian and Russian military cemeteries at the Military Cemetery Complex at Zeitenlik.
Wreaths were also laid at the Serbian military cemetery by officials of the Republika Srpska, Republic of Greece, diplomatic representatives of France, Great Britain, Russia and Italy, and representatives of associations for fostering tradition of Serbian liberation wars.
