Defence Minister congratulates the Day of the Medical Service



To all members of the Medical Services I extend my congratulations on the occasion of July 30 - Day of the Service.

Continuing the tradition that has lasted for 75 years, since the first headquarters doctor was appointed at the Main Military headquarters, military doctors and medical staff have shared the fate of their people, always being there at the toughest of times.

With successful results in medical treatment of both members of the Ministry of Defence and SAF and the citizens of Serbia alike, members of the Medical Service justify their well-deserved reputation in our country.

As participants in multinational operations, with their devoted work, they contribute to improving the image of our country on an international level.

I am confident that, side by side with your medical colleagues from numerous countries throughout the world, you will continue achieving best results in the field of medicine, confirm the status of your calling of high ethics, and thus contribute to further improvement of your service, in which I wish you every success.
