Reception of the CISM delegation at the Serbian Olympic Committee

Chairman and Secretary General of the Serbian Olympic Committee Vlade Divac and Djordje Visacki received today representatives of the Serbian Delegation at the International Military Sports Council (CISM), headed by Chief of the Serbian Delegation Brigadier General Sinisa Radovic.

During the meeting, they discussed further advancement and intensification of traditionally good cooperation that has lasted for many years, and the support of the Olympic Committee for development of military sports. It was pointed out that special attention should be given to sportsmen of the Armed Forces of Serbia and cadets at the Military Academy, and sports training.

They also talked about cooperation and development of capacities in archery and swordplay at the Military Academy, about activities for the next year, and preparations of staff for the 6th CISM World Games, to be held in October, 2015, in the Republic of Korea.

It has been concluded that the delegations will continue their cooperation in many projects.

At the end of the meeting, General Radovic and Chairman of the Serbian Olympic Committee Vlade Divac exchanged symbolic gifts, flags of these organizations.
