After the tour of the “Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj” Elementary School, the Healthcare Center and the main sewerage collector, Minister Gasic thanked the Slovenian Prime Minister for her visit and addressed not only that country’s government, but all friends of Serbia as well not to stop with acquiring aid.

- We are yet to face the vast work on reconstruction of this city and our country, in order to build all that has been destroyed in the past month and a half. We also owe great gratitude to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Slovenia who were the first to help us. That night, I talked to the Slovenian Defence Minister, and, already next morning, Special Forces were referred with the resources we needed at that moment – Minister Gasic pointed out and gave special thanks to our Slovenian friends for their considerable material help.

Speaking of her impressions, Slovenian Prime Minister Alenka Bratusek said that Obrenovac seems much different when seen live in comparison to what she had seen from the television screen.

Министар одбране и премијерка Словеније у Обреновцу- Slovenia helped as much as possible. Defence Minister Bratislav Gasic said that there are seventeen houses to be demolished in Obrenovac, and that, out of over 11,000 endangered buildings, around 200 have cracks that demand emergent reparation.
