Congratulations by the Minister of Defence on the occasion of the Service of Air Surveillance and Reporting



I congratulate to the members of the Service of Air Surveillance and Reporting on 18 June – the Day of the service.

Continuing the tradition almost a century long, you have achieved noticeable results in the past period in the domain of increasing command efficiency in the air defence system, as well as in modifying and maintaining radar computer systems, in training, education and further professional training of the staff, and in working at the orderly system of air defence.

Due to their good training level, members of your service give a significant contribution to the functioning of air surveillance system and reporting, and thus to the Air Force and Air Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole.

I am convinced that, with further modernization of our air surveillance system and reporting, you will enhance control and surveillance of our air space, in which I truly wish you to succeed.
