Meeting of the Head of the General Staff and the KFOR Commander
The meeting of General Ljubisa Dikovic, Head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Serbia and KFOR Commander Major General Salvatore Farina was held today at the “Jug” Military Base near Bujanovac.The two generals talked about the past and future cooperation between the Serbian Armed Forces and KFOR in concordance with the Military Technical Agreement. The main topic of the talks was joint activities of the Serbian Armed Forces and KFOR on securing the administrative boundary line, which are performed with the purpose of preventing illegal activities.
The Joint Commission for conducting the Military Technical Agreement comprises of KFOR Command Commission and the Commission of representatives of security forces of the Republic of Serbia. Meetings of the Joint Commission have been held regularly on different levels since 1999, with the purpose of conducting the Military Technical Agreement.
