The slogan of this year's festival was "The power of visual communication."

According to the author Djurdjija Radivojevic, the film is one of her works while studying at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, and when she heard the story of the military parachutist Goran Todorovic "Faca" and his grit and determination against all odds to overcome all the obstacles that impeded him, she decided that he might be just the hero of her 16-minute documentary.

- I can say that he is a true super-hero, and his energy and stories are an inspiration to us all. The hardest thing far me was to choose among so many of his feats those to be included into the film, because all of them are really great – the author pointed out after the premiere in the Youth Center.

As part of the competition and the revial part the audience was able to watch movies that deal with the lives of people with disabilities or the authors are persons with disabilities. This year, a record number of films, more than 100 from all over the world has arrived to the open competition.

The award for the best screenplay went to the film "In Memory" by Andrew Moir from Canada and the award for best director are equally distributed films, "Sonor" by Levin Peter from Germany and "Happiness .. promised land" by Laurent Hasse.
