In a joint action of Military Security Agency of the Ministry of Defence, Criminal Police Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior, Military Police and the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, six people were deprived of liberty on 4 June of 2014, suspected of having committed the criminal offense of abuse of office connected to the sales of surplus arms and military equipment.
In the action, the arrestees included a member of the Ministry of Defence and five civilians from Belgrade, Temerin and Gornji Milanovac, who will be referred to the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, with the criminal charges after the police custody.
