Seminar on financial and budgetary assessment



A three-member delegation from the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Sweden, have visited today the Budget and Finance Sector of the Ministry of Defence within the seminar on financial and budgetary assessment. It is a two-day visit by a delegation led by Colonel Lars Jaderblom, in the framework of bilateral military cooperation.

According to Colonel Sasa Trandafilovic, Head of the Department for Budget and Finance, the seminar is an opportunity for the exchange of experiences and the focus will be on issues of budget and financing of defence planning and funding of the participation in peacekeeping operations, financial management and control.

Participants in the seminar are members of the Ministry of Defence, Peacekeeping Operations Centre and other units of the Serbian Armed Forces.
