Exchange of experiences in financial management
In the Multimedia Room of the Material Resources Sector today, the workshop entitled "Financial Management" organized by the Institute for Defense Resource Management from Monterrey (USA), with participation of the members of all organizational units of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.Opening the seminar, Colonel Sasa Trandafilovic, Head of Department for Budget and Finance of the Ministry of Defence, pointed out that the four-day seminar will be an opportunity to exchange experiences, and to find solutions to some of the challenges in the field of finance. He also expressed special thanks to Lieutenant Colonel Sean Long of the U.S.Office of Defense Cooperation, bearing in mind the cooperation in today's activities, but also in the previous ones.
Over the next days, the members of the financial service will discuss financing and budgeting, financial management, as well as the accounting systems and financial management.
