Package of assistance by the Embassy of the United Kingdom to the Public Relations Department
Colonel Petar Boskovic, Head of Public Relations Department, and Colonel William English, the UK Defence Attaché in Belgrade signed today a Protocol of Package of assistance in the area of PR/Social media by the Embassy of the United Kingdom to the Public Relations Department.The Package of assistance is intended for the project "Development of Public Relations of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia on the Internet and social networks for the purpose of promoting the activities in the domain of Partnership for Peace, peacekeeping missions and Euro-Atlantic cooperation". Colonel Boskovic thanked for the Package of assistance in the area of PR/Social mediafor the project aimed at improving the capacity of the public relations activities for the promotion of international cooperation of the defence system on the Internet and social networks.
The project includes seminars, courses and professional development of employees in the Public Relations Department, media training and training for persons engaged in these activities, as well as the organization of professional seminars for journalists who report on the work of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.
