A management and strategic analysis course



A ten-day course of advanced management and strategic analysis finished today at the School of National Defense . Members of the 57 class of general staff college and military officials of the organizational units of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia and the organizational units of the Serbian Army were attended the course.

The organization of the course is supported by the National Defence College the host during the implementation was the Department of Management of the Military Academy. Support during the course was provided by donor countries under the Protocol of cooperation in military education , the Kingdom of Norway and the United Kingdom , and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade .

The course participants renewed their previously acquired knowledge in management theory while adopting new knowledge in the areas of planning , organization, management , control , leadership , management skills , as well as the different methods of strategic analysis. Furthermore they acquired new knowledge which will allow them more successful in performing their functional duties.
