Public consultation on draft legislation



In February the Ministry of Defence is conducting a public hearing on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Defence and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the Serbian Armed Forces.

The draft regulations that are subject of public hearing are published on the website of the Ministry of Defence and the e-Government Portal. During the public hearing, round tables will be organized in Novi Sad, Nis, Kragujevac and Belgrade, in terms which will be announced later on the website of the Ministry of Defence and the e-Government Portal.

Remarks, proposals and suggestions should be submitted to the Ministry of Defence via email pravna.uprava@mod.gov.rs or to address the MoD Legal Department – 5 Bircaninova Street, Belgrade.
