General Dikovic visits the Joint Forces Command in Naples
SAF Chief of General Staff General Ljubisa Diković met today in Naples with U.S. Admiral Bruce Klingan , commander of the NATO Joint Forces Command in Naples.General Diković and Admiral Klingan discussed the cooperation of the Serbian Army and KFOR , including upcoming activities of KFOR, mutual cooperation within the Partnership for Peace and cooperation with NATO military liaison office in Belgrade.
In addition , they exchanged views on the security situation in the Balkans, Syria , North Africa and the Gulf of Guinea .
Chief of Staff and Commander of the Joint Force also discussed the involvement of Serbian Army officers in partner and Staff positions in the Joint Forces Command in Naples. Since August this year, a Serbian army officer , Lt. Col. Peter Dopuđ , has been deployed for the first time on such a duty in Naples.
During the visit , General Diković toured the facilities of the new Joint Forces Command in Lago Patria near Naples .
