Planning based on capabilities
In the organization of the Strategic Planning Department of Defense Policy , from 25 to 29 November 2013 a seminar "Planning is based on merit - overcoming differences in capabilities” was heldThe seminar was organized in collaboration with the Center for Civil- Military Relations, Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, United States , and is part of the planned activities under the jurisdiction of the Joint Committee of Serbia - for the U.S. reform of the defense system of the Republic of Serbia .
The purpose of the seminar is to exchange experiences in the field of planning based on the ability to focus on the techniques and tools to overcome the difference in capabilities.Speakers from the Center for Civil-Military Relations Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey were Ian Murumec , John Foster and Glen Grant . The seminar was attended by representatives of the organizational units of the Ministry of Defence and the General Staff of the Serbian Army.
