Traffic Safety Council's session
The second session of the Security Council military road users for 2013 was held today at the Directorate of General Logistics Department of material resources .The session, which was opened by the Assistant Minister for Material Resources Jasminka Todorov , was attended by members of the council - representatives of units and establishments of MoD and SAF and institutions in the Republic of Serbia with whom we have established cooperation in this field - the Ministry of Transport, the Agency for Traffic Safety and Traffic Engineering University of Belgrade.
The meeting also analyzed the activities and the state of the military security of road users for the current year as well as the new provisions of the Ordinance issued in MO and VS (regulations on the transport, military vehicle registration , training and driving test military personnel for motorists and the transport of dangerous goods ) and experience Congress of the European Commission for traffic Safety in the armed forces . Furthermore, the plan for the Council’s work has been defined along with adoption of an action plan to increase the security of military traffic participants for in 2014. year .During this year there was a small number of accidents of military vehicles compared to last year. One member of MoD and SAF died in a traffic accident said at today's Council meeting.
