Military cooperation with the Spanish Armed Forces
Joint Operations Command of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff was visited today by the delegation of the Operations Command of the Spanish Armed Forces.On that occasion, the JOC Deputy Commander Major General Goran Radovanovic met with the Chief of Staff of the Operations Command of the Spanish Armed Forces, Major General Rafael Sanchez Ortega.
This return visit was organized with the aim of continuing cooperation and exchange of experiences between the two commands in planning operations with an emphasis on coordinating future activities continuing the joint engagement of the members of the Serbian Armed Forces and the Spanish Armed Forces in the multinational operation UNIFIL in Lebanon.
Within the three-day visit to Serbia, the delegation of the Spanish Armed Forces visited the SAF Peacekeeping Operations Centre and Operations centre of the defence system.
