General Dikovic at the Strategic Military Partner Conference in Stockholm
Serbian CHOD General Ljubisa Dikovic participated in a strategic military partner conference, which was held in Stockholm.Strategic Military Partner Conference is the most important military conference to examine the issues of transformation and future challenges for the countries of NATO and Partnership for Peace Program, and mutual needs and expectations of these countries.
The topic of this year’s conference, which was opened by of the Swedish CHOD General Sverker Goranson, was "Prospects of partnerships: The evolution of cooperation in the global security community."
General Dikovic met in Stockholm with Chief of General Staff of Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel General Vladimir Mihailovic Zaman. Generals Dikovic and Zaman talked about possibilities of enhancing mutual cooperation between the armies of Serbia and Ukraine, primarily through the strengthening of military-technical cooperation, training, Mi-17 pilots, sharing experiences from participation in multinational operations and the development of military education and military medical cooperation.
