Human Resources Management Seminar
In SAF Center for Peace Operations Joint Operations Command a seminar on "Human Resource Management" began led by the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Denmark, led by retired Colonel Kurt Refsgard.Opening ceremony was attended by Secretary of State Aleksandar Nikolic, Assistant Minister for Human Resources Joван Mijakovic, Brigadier General Dragosav Lackovic and Danish Ambassador Mette Nielsen Kewell.
In his welcome speech, Secretary of State Nikolic said that the seminar was the result of many years of bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom of Denmark and the Republic of Serbia in the field of "Human Resource Management. He said that the previous donation of Denmark was a major impetus to development of human resources management system and the establishment of centers for psychological selection, for which the equipment was donated by the Kingdom of Denmark, is a major step in the development of personnel selection.
Danish Ambassador welcomed further bilateral military cooperation in the field of "Human Resource Management".
The seminar will last until 13th June and will be held in the form of lectures and group work. During the workshop, representatives from Denmark MO D will present their model of human resource management focusing on the motto "the right person in the right place at the right time."
