Improving quality in defence industry



The United Association of Serbia for Quality - JUSK ~ and the European Organization for Quality, EOQ from Brussels, organized the International Convention on Quality ~ "JUSK ICQ 2013" ~, on the occasion of 51 years of JUSK ~ entitled "Quality to European and global integration. "

The main aim of the Convention was to provide an international forum for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, research results and information on the various aspects of the situation, the development and implementation of the quality of management (QM) ~, ~ integrated management system (IMS) and total management Quality (TQM) ~.

At the convention, organized by the Military Quality Control Division, Material Resources of the Ministry of Defense, held the 8th Annual Conference of the Scientific Technical Committee on "Improving the quality of the defense industry."

During the symposium modern concept of quality management focused on quality and business process management. The focus of quality is not only on the quality of the product-service but also on the quality of the entire organization which is viewed as an open system constantly in conjunction with their environment through users and suppliers.

The participants were addressed by the director of the Military Quality Control Lieutenant Colonel Ivica Marjanovic.
