On Monday, 01 April 2013, about 3.00 p.m., on the road from Lebane to the base of Karaula, a water tanker carrying water for the members of the 3rd Army Brigade deployed to this base overturned.

There were three persons in the tanker. Two people were lightly injured, while Sergeant Major Ivan Dimitrijevic was seriously injured.

Dimitrijevic has unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.

Ivan Dimitrijevic (1979), serving in the Serbian Armed Forces since 27 July 2002, was a member of the 31st Infantry Battalion of the 3rd Army Brigade. He was married, with two children.
