Members of MoD at the "Week of Quality 2013"
At the three-day event, "Week of Quality 2013" the current achievements in the implementation of quality standards in the country and the region and further important aspects of the implementation and application of European and international standards were discussed. Among the thirty papers notable representatives of the military operation and quality control were also present and they gave an expose on their papers - Colonels Tomislav Djordjevic and Branislav Jakic.Colonel Djordjevic presented a paper on the provision of quality goods using the new Public Procurement Law, which came into force on 6 January this year and will enter into force on 1 April 2013. The authors analyzed the work of the new provisions of the Act which have direct or indirect relationship with the quality of the goods that they want to provide, and their relation to the requirements of ISO 9000.
The authors are convinced that the body proposing the law, and the legislature were of the opinion that the quality had no alternative for customers. "Quality has been and still is the goal that must be achieved, and the fact that for the one who achieves quality will also benefit from it.
