Minister in a two-day visit to Angola
First Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Aleksandar Vucic, during the second day of his official visit to Angola, visited the military hospital in Luanda, and the 101st Armoured Brigade in Funda, where he was informed about the participation of Serbian experts in repairing and maintaining damaged technical equipment, weapons and units. Vucic met with 37 workers from Serbia, currently residing at the base of the unit in the Funda, 60km from Luanda.Vucic with his Angolan counterpart, Defense Minister Van Dunem visited the historic site dedicated to heroes of the Battle of Kifangonde . After that, the ministers attended the laying of the foundation stone for the construction of a military hospital, the Serbian Belgrade-based construction company "Planum, in cooperation with Angolan partners, will build in a period of 4 years.
Minister Vucic tomorrow ends his visit when he will meet with President of Angola Jose Eduardo dos Santos.
