State Secretary Nikolic meets with Goran Svilanovic
State Secretary at the Ministry of Defence Aleksandar Nikolic received the first official visit of the Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council Goran Svilanovic who has been posted on this duty since 1st January 2013.
